After 30 plus years in the restaurant industry and in the end owning two restaurants of my own, I decided to spend my time and energy on the topics of nutrition, wellness and longevity. So, as a hobby I started the Dysfunctional foodies podcast.
Our mission is to provide our listeners with hot off the press practical and scientific advice on what to eat and how to live in order to maximize health and wellness. Living to 100 plus and enjoying every moment!
